Mrs. Milan has more than 24 years of experience In the field of Accountancy and Finance. Her most recent posting prior to setting up MilanDomingo & Co was with the International Finance Corporation (the private sector arm of the World Bank Groups) as program manager, Advisory Services for the Mekong Region based in Vietnam. She held several positions with the IFC for more than 10 years including Head of Office for Cambodia.Her field of expertise is financial management consulting ranging from business planning, financial projections, strategy and policy development, operations review, and corporate governance. Mrs. Milan started her career with one of the top three accounting firms in the philippines in 1988 as audit staff and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Commerce major in Accounting from De La Salle University, Manila.
Mrs. Domingo has a solid background in audit for the past 17 years. She joined one of the top three accounting firms in 1995 and was Senior Audit before she transferred to PricewaterhouseCoopers (Cambodia) Ltd. in 2000 as Audit Manager. Main sector and client experience include hotels and restaurants, telecommunications, courier, manufacturing, power generation, trading, educational institutions, cooperatives, donor-funded government projects and non-profit organizations (local and international).She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University, Manila.
With more than 24 years of experience, Ms. Miranda has built her field of expert in developing and managing accounting and finance team for local, International and USAID-funded organizations. She was the Asia Regional Finance Manager for Group Energies, Renouvelables Environment et Solidanties, a French NGO prior to setting up MilanDomingo & Co.
With her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce major in Accounting from Collegio de San Juan de Letran, Manila and her supplemental studies in Education from Perpetual Help College of Las Pinas, Ms. Miranda also spent more than 10 years teaching mathematics and accounting in the Philippines and Cambodia.
